Seems a bit silly to me. Sims like RL may not feature Victoria so some of the players will elect to play for Qld or NSW resulting in them having access to two of the subforums. Either make them public to everyone or forget them.

So, I'm presuming the Provincial Subforums thing has been kicked to touch. What about Provincial allegiance in the sidebar though? That would be a good improvement.
