Yeah that would be a killer blow to our chances of making the 8 tbh

That's how bad your team is then. If your chances of making the 8 hinge on a fucking winger.

  3. Fiery GR Smith

He's scores a lot of tries that only he could.

We'll make the 8 this year, and with the spine we have next season we could win the comp.

He also butchers a lot of tries no other winger would butcher.

When was the last time a club won a premiership with 3 kiwis in the spine?

  5. Fiery GR Smith

Dunno. When was the last time New Zealand was ranked the No.1 rugby league nation in the world?

  6. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Winning a few games isn't the same as winning a premiership.

  7. Fiery GR Smith

Beating Australia 3 games in a row shows how strong NZ league is atm though doesn't it?

You're saying the Warriors won't win a premiership because they have 3 kiwis in their spine? It could even be 4 now with Townsend leaving. Even though 2 of those players, Johnson and RTS are arguably the best in the world in their positions...and Luke is right up there.

Our best chance in a while imo.

I'd like to see someone make those arguments.

  9. Fiery GR Smith

Plenty of people would make those arguments tbf. Johnson was awarded the golden boot for best player in the world...in any position...so there's one for you.

Two players with the best footwork in the game.

RTS is leading the Rugby League Week Player Ratings and is the form fullback in the NRL.

I am not stating they are the best in the world, which is why I said "arguably".

Only a fucking moron would argue this. Never use the golden boot in an argument, it rules out all credibility. Minichiello, Farrell, Schofield, Sinfield and Johnson made sure of that.

  11. Fiery GR Smith

lol. You just can't stomach it when an Australian doesn't win it. (And you probably consider Minichiello a "wog")

It's not the sole basis of my argument. But it definitely supports it. He has produced enough magic in the last few games to further support the argument that he's one of the very best 7's going around at the moment. Any fucking moron knows that. It's a no-brainer.

I don't give a fuck who wins it, not everyone has a desperate need to try to validate their country in everything. The award is a joke, and is given to the player with the best highlight reel at the end of the year international tournament. Try explaining that a prop has never been the best player in the game.

The Warriors are going to have an awesome spine next year but lets not get silly; there's no way Johnson or RTS are the best in their positions.

  14. Magic AJ Parker

They've probably got a very limited window though with RTS on 850k and Johnson guaranteed to get a million plus on his next deal. Plus who knows what Luke is on.

Theyre just not the type of club who from history strike me as being able to shed a lot of talent and be able to rely on their development and recruitment systems to turn youth/ fringe players into consistent first grade squad fillers.

  15. Fiery GR Smith

    Who is then?

  16. Julian BJ Taylor

    Thurston-Cronk-DCE

    Inglis - Slater

    Obviously.

Also, who will play five-eighth next year? They'll desperately need an organiser.

  17. BigGuns DA Astele

Maybe to soon but Lolohea will end up there eventually.

  18. Fiery GR Smith

Debatable. They're all either has-beens or not as good imo.

  19. Magic AJ Parker

    God you're a flop of a human.
