    :laugh: I agree with Gazza. We lose as well and so does RU. The big winner is Folau though. Really all the codes lose.

    We dont have to watch him attempting to play out game.

    I assume he meant RL dont lose because they get rid of someone who only gives a shit about the money instead of the game

    Personal taste but although Folau is an effective player, I'd rather watch paint dry than watch him play rugby league. If he gets replaced by Beale or someone it'll be bad for the standard of the game but good for the spectacle.

    Might be what Lukic meant.

    Easily. The world isn't categorized and simplistic enough, nor is the the emotion of 'liking' something obvious enough, for people to specifically and accurately detail the things they 'like' and 'dislike'. Often people will think they like or dislike something because they believe that they should, or a person will not be aware that they like or dislike something because they've never been truly exposed to it.

    As an example, most people 'think' they like their coffee to be 'dark & hearty', because that is what they've been conditioned to think of as good coffee. However, some people, despite thinking and saying they like their coffee dark, will actually truly prefer it to be milky and weak<sup>1</sup>

    And Blocka I'll tell you why NT and Tassie not having an AFL team wouldn't be like NSW and QLD not having an NRL team. NSW and QLD are the two biggest RL states, the same as Vic, SA and WA are the biggest Aussie Rules States.

    If there was another state in Australia (besides NSW and QLD) that followed RL to the same extent Tassie and NT follow Aussie Rules then you could compare it to that. NSW and QLD in NRL does not equal Tassie and NT in AFL.

    I believe Tassie should have a team but the AFL are more focused on getting into RL's heartland and ripping that heart out. They want the AFL to control Sydney. Tassie will get a team, it's just a matter of time. There will be a long time before Darwin gets a team however.

    Maybe I dunno. It's not as if Tassie aren't gonna stop playing Aussie Rules, and they do get quite a few AFL games anyway. I think if the AFL can take control of Sydney (over a bit of time obv) then that is a huge win. I believe Tassie should have a team though, get rid of Port and bring in Tassie.
