I found out the other day that someone I know actually had a dog called Merk when she was little. Mixed feelings tstl. Anyway, as I've said several times, Merk didn't cheat anyone out of their money; just used it to pay for a couple of months hosting. The arrangement he had with that particularly host didn't work out though for whatever reason.
