Whatever happened to Merk?

Firstly I know this post will be deleted and I will be banned but hey worth a shot really.

I have offered three times for people who wanted their money back to contact me and they will be refunded - seem no one cares about the whole story and just like to use a scape goat I wont go into detail that CricSim was using a pirated vBulletin license and the hosts were instructed to take it down or anything.

So like I said if you want your money back contact me and you will get it, I still have the records of who gave and how much so people claiming they gave $300 and crap don't even try it.

I have extended this offer to Rob and to SM on MSN and no one seems to have passed the message on.

Secondly this is in the past and I think people should get over it and move on it is coming a bit pathetic really and death threats I mean seriously come on what are you 2?

You are so full of crap it isn't funny. I invite you to ask Chris Walker Bush about everything - I have done nothing to that forum apart from do some graphics work, installed some modifications to assist in their betting and credits systems etc.

I have not done anything else to the site at all, have not entered into any arrangements nothing and so to come out and flat out lie just to stir the hornets nest isn't needed and really shows how petty some people are becoming just to continue with this crap.

Infact for the All Star Rugby League - yes I ran a team there however work commitments and commitments to my own ventures meant I didn't have time to do it, just because you sign up doesn't mean your contracted for life to continue playing a forum based game.

I once again invite you to ask Chris Walker Bush about what my actual involvement was with the All Star Rugby League he would say next to nil apart from one MAJOR thing.

I brought the rights to the Rugby League simulator that had been powering the IIRL for almost a decade, Gekkotech Consulting and myself worked hard on rule updates, changes to the simulator and changes to the commentary and therefore produced RLSIM 2010 - which was a major upgrade to the previous version.

ASRL was running the older version of the simulator and even though I had, and still have, the distribution rights and usage rights to the RLSim 2010 and our newly worked on RLSim 2011 I gave Chris Walker Bush a copy of RLSIM 2010.

This is why this last season you guys have been enjoying a more accurate simulated competition, better descriptions as to what happens in a match, and how CWB can re-run a match using exactly the same variables.

So talk all the crap you want, the offer has been made for now the fourth time (until one of the admins delete this post) and this goes to show how petty some people really are by claiming things that aren't really true like me doing it to another website when I have had nothing to do with that website just offer them the use of a simulator that they wouldn't have had - which they accepted and has used for the last season.

Yeah a couple months which means that more than 18 months old people are still making death threats, people are still showing their pedophile side and talking about raping my son and some idiot is here talking crap about doing it to another website when that didn't even happen at all.

As I said I have offered four times now for people to have their money back, I just need to know paypal or bank details and they will get it - however constant harrassement and looking at the threads over the last year here that mention me show how pathetic some people are getting and how they need to move on.

Did you not read anything that I just wrote? I have offered your money back it isn't my fault if Cribb or SM aren't passing messages on.

(By the way cribb there is an error on the site - when you go to register it comes up with an error however the account is registered anyway).

I befriended this forum because Rob and I went back and I saw he needed help - I didn't realize you lived in a perfect world where everything goes right for you, sometimes in the real world you try to do things to be nice, to be a friend and they backfire or don't work out the way you had hoped thats what happened here.

I didn't fraud cash for simulators/forums - as I said I have offered people their money back, and the payment for the simulators RLSim 2010 and CricSim 2010 were done out of my weekly wage and alot of overtime to ensure I got what I was after.

And profit? What profit? I was getting free hosting - large amounts of it - when I offered CricSim the hosting - which is why they were offered it for free seem I wasn't paying why charge someone else?

However because of the statistics in the postbit (<-- the stuff on the left for those playing at home) it was a large server strain which as we saw crashed the server a number of times - I contacted the host and they said my best bet was to go for a dedicated server - which is what I did to try and help CricSim.

Since this all imploded I have been stuck with a dedicated server I have been paying $249 a month for - so how have I profited from it?

I tried to do something nice for an old friend, for his community, and it backfired horribly.

I don't know what else I can do I have offered refunds, back then I offered the backup of the board that was taken the day before it crashed, I have been made the scape goat even though there were issues by both parties - what else do you guys want.

Continuous death threats against me and talk about my son is just pathetic and childish - everyone has a laugh because you are all big men sitting on a computer forum but anyone with children reading some of what is written on here should feel sick that some idiotic person continues to type that type of thing just cause he has a grudge against me.
