    Even so my work had been like 80 hrs a week, but it'll be a 40 hr max proposition from here on in and I now have net again so I will be able to devote enough time otherwise i wouldnt put my hand up

    Only guys who've proven themselves 100% reliable and trustworthy should be given the responsibility IMO. Counts a load of guys out to my mind. You can afford to have people screaming about h4x and cheating, even if the guy has been squeaky-clean with the simming. Perception of cleanliness of utmost importance. Probably even ahead of timeliness.
