You don't get 8760 runs from one outstanding season!

  2. Skippos SM Morgan

Dispute provincial being a better standard of cricket purely because provinces can't build around structure so even if there's 1-2 less teams in the provincial, you get teams well below the grade (asia, victoria etc.) and then teams with way too many guns (NSW city) keeping the good players out of provincial too.

I don't recall ever saying or even implying that you do?

  4. Skippos SM Morgan

but your points aside from that I agree with in general, I guess.

  5. Frizzed WC Welker

Fittaman is the best bat I've seen on CricSim.

You only beat Torres last season as individual seasons. Torres has been consistently consistent

 Skippos with his selective stats

    And this season.

One thing that I do agree with Skippos about is that it's not really fair in anyone's language to rate Chewie as a better batsman than him currently. Chewie's only played one proper season of FC cricket and Skippos was better than him. Rankings system isn't capable of looking at it like that, but we are. Making an argument for Torres or Flack is fine, but Chewie is definitely not the best bat when he only debut last season and he hasn't even been the best batsman since then.

Well skip is the only batsman that I fear bowling to.

  10. Skippos SM Morgan

Yes, but that's weighting each season equally.

I think it's probably a more accurate reflection to look at it as averages over a 1,2,3 or even career period (all of which I've won. my career BS average is 5 runs ahead of his, for one - so there's not an argument for him being better IMO), instead of 'who's won the most seasons!' which you're presenting.

The best batsman is the batsman with the best standardised average, right?

  12. Verigoat S Verigotta

    No

    I'm the best

Because you're Emma Watson, I'll say yes.

Despite scoring 142 last game, it still went down!

Still the highest out of everyone though.

You're always going to say that because you had one ridiculously good season. And in that same season Torres alos performed extremely well, something he managed to do the season before as well.

    2 seasons @ ~60 > 1 season @ 80 imo

  17. Mariner CL Warrington

At least your bowling average went down too though!

  18. Weeman27bob BE Force

Getting close to genuine allrounder status!

  19. Howe JHF Howe

    You now have it

Lowest allrounder rank on the site, congrats

Shouldn't be long, I hear all the best allrounders average over 50. Not with the ball though lols
