Reserve graders who could play first grade at other clubs

First thing that comes to mind is the Vipers spin problem - the likes of Ritchie, Nigel Hunt, Emm, Jennings, Orr, Hallett etc would all make first grade there.

To make the Crusaders team you need to be a better opening batsman than Downes. So that'd be a fair few players.

Ravens - better batsman than Damo or a better keeper/batsman than Webber. Probably not a lot going around but if Howell starts in reserve grade, which he might, that's definitely someone.

Stickies - hello decent ALC bowlers, particularly seamers. Chung would walk straight into that side.

Cyclones are probably the hardest team to actually crack into at the moment. They don't have many players of star quality but they have no weak points. A lot of depth too - players of similar quality.

Cribb suddenly interested in Cricsim banter all of a sudden.

Would Whicker get a gig anywhere else? Stickies by the sounds of things. Lukic (if he's even ALC these days)? Benny?

Whicker would play at the Stickies and probably the Pumas.

Tait's probably the weakest spot in the Cyclones lineup but I don't know if he'd play over him - Chung might, incidentally, and all the Ravens spare spinners.

I'd think about Lukic or Benny over Damo. Wouldn't use their bowling.. they'd both definitely make the Rays team though. And the Saders I guess if Eds is willing to open.

    Does not compute

Yates from Crocodiles to Stickies, maybe?

Can I have a release and sign with the Vipers?

  7. El Nino J Torres

    Yes.

Yeah there's probably a fast bowler at most clubs who'd make the Stickies side. :p

Donald would definitely make the Ravens side, coming to think of it. He'd be perfect since we have a middle order batsman opening and a declining keeper. We don't want him though. :p

  9. Lukic L Popovic

    I take 5fas in 1st tbh.

    RELEASE ME FROM THIS CURSE!!!!

  14. 99* JJ Ritchie

Nah, Cribbs been talking me up in the Saders subbie for a while now.

Yeah, any half-decent spinner would make the Vipers and any half-decent quick would make the Stickies.

Actually Cribb, would there be any reserve graders that'd make the Gamblers? Donald might as we have a declining keeper, and some gun ALC bats might too.

We don't exactly have a #3 at the moment either, anyone with a bit of success there would be a shot.

Dependable tbph. If i goes okay at opening, Thornton's deffo a solid 3.

If Nismo can catch fire, he'll make a carn middle order with Parker/Thornton/Morris
