    It's going to be a bit of a watershed moment and the end of an era in a few years. Not just for QLD but for RL in general. I do often think what it's going to be like when Thurston, Smith and Cronk are no longer in the game.

    If no-one else is chasing him, that is a ridiculous figure to throw at him. Not because I don't think he's worth it, because on the field that would be close to the mark.

    The fact is he's tragically out of favour with Ricky and would likely jump ship for less.
