Taumata would obviously be the best option but I am guessing Burns will be named unless there is an injury tbh.

  2. Wilson SB Wilson

Walsh is the most over-rated half in the comp.

  3. Magic AJ Parker

Nah. He's actually a natural and decent halfback which makes him automatically underrated

  4. Speirz DG Speirs

    Sandow, easily.

  5. Alec AD Funkotron

Pearce is easily the most overrated IMO.

  6. SM MD Dorn

    Nah Thurston

    Luke Walsh tbh.

Honestly reckon Prince is almost the most over rated in terms of what he produces on the field currently. No longer world class IMO.

Gordon needs to be moved closer. As far as I am concerned if Purtell was given a chance in the centres, so should Gordon. Would only be an experiement.

Just leave a good winger on the wing FFS.

****ing so sick of good wingers being moved to centre. Shits me to tears more than just about anything in rugby league.

He's gone centre -> Wing, why can't he now go back to centre?

It would just be like Purtell tbh. It worked for a while, then it was obvious it was failing so Elliot moved him back to the wing, by then it was obvious though that he was just a shit ****.

Gordon on the other hand has two things over Purtell, number 1 he knows how to defend and is often defending one in anyway and I have seen him defending numerous times at centre with Walsh on that wing and number 2 he actually has the speed to make the tackle. The only real issue that I thought was a decent enough excuse not to move him was his ballplaying and I think after seeing him play fullback, it is obvious that he has the passing game to use good enough to put away his winger. It is definitely worth an experiment.

Unfortunately though, there was an article the other day (probably just typical shit DT journalism) saying that Gordon will be playing everywhere next year including 5/8 and hooker. The article claimed that playing Gordon at centre restricts him from roaming around the field and chiming in here and there and that he may just be named at wing but the number on his back will mean nothing as he will be playing everywhere. Personally, I prefer the first option.

Tighe is infinitely better as a centre than winger. Gordon hasn't played centre in **** knows how long so essentially you're taking a punt on him in a new position along with severly damaging another position.

Taking a punt earlier on in the season > later on in the season (Purtell second row). Might as well give it a shot, it might turn out to be a "godly" move.

I thought Tighe wasn't too bad at wing early on in the season and scored a few nice tries. By the time he moved into the centres it was more to do with the fact that would mean Purtell was no longer playing there.

Also on a sidenote, apparently Sandor Earl has put on 5-10 kgs over the pre-season. That is definitely a good thing. Penrith's goal this season is "to win the premiership" as reported on FoxSports.

    Tighe is underrated too IMO.
