    Hate posts like this tbh. Computer technology has advanced so far and yet people continue to try to use devices that clearly aren't up to the job for surfing the internet.

    Not really directed at you as I know your household situation plays a large part (and you weren't really having a whinge anyway, just pointing in comparative convenience for you), but I hate it when people whinge about X site, Y forum or Z function not having phone functionality. Websites are designed for computers - if Apple or BlackBerry or whoever makes your phone wants you to be able to view websites on it they should manufacture their device in such a way so that it can actually do it. It's not up to the web developers to fix their problems for them.
