    You'd think more would be made in Union, I just don't see the drawcard to it other than being the first player to switch codes.

    The GC team does not come in until 2011 so he will likely play in a tier division next year. Shame he could not sign a one year contract with the Broncos.

    The good news is that he is staying in Australia so he is probably more likely to come back to NRL if his stint fails. Unless he wants to play every sport. :p

    Unless the AFL makes a grubber into the ingoal worth points, I don't see him scoring many. His kicking game is pretty beauy.

    He will be useless.

    He's not allowed to use his shoulder and his kicking game is ordinary.

    Also doubt he'd be agile and aerobically fit enough to contend with others.

    If this actually goes thru, the publicity stunt would win me over. I'd watch one AFL game that year. After that \_/. Hopefully he fails bad.

    I'll probably watch a couple a games to see how he goes. Cetainly a great signing for AFL. I think they got the better deal out of the signing.

    He'll probably go reasonably well, AFL is the easiest game to read of all sports and he's a pretty good athlete, not sure that he has the skill set or speed to match it with the top tier of players though.
