Keen. What if, say, Fung wanted to be a Manager in the 2nd tier? Would that be okay if he wanted to? I always feel he doesn't get enough credit for BLERTA/Youssou N'Dour.
So the 4 extra guys can't really be members of the Avengers, BLERTA camp for retentions next year but could possible be retained by a 3rd party AVerageERTA team if we give it to someone else? Ala MR X manages our seconds and next year keeps the 4 new guys to start his team? Though what round would that mean for a draft?
I think he'd get even less credit for your CPL team if he managed your combined reserve grade team tbh but I think it'd be great for him to do it, personally.
Yep I think it'd be fine. My biggest interest will be in the initial headhunting of players. Not having to run the seconds team but seeing the results will just be a bonus.
Those players be given pick numbers just like every other player. The first player picked in the mini-draft for reserve grade would be pick # 397, and what round that equates to would be determined by how many teams we have next season. But yes, that's correct.
Maybe I'll let Fung run BLERTA and I'll run the 2nds then :ninja: I'm finding CPL a little bit grating, to be perfectly honest. Not entirely sure why, either.
Definitely could be keen as mustard, just a question. Will the CPL team owners choose who they want to take control of their reserve team ? For example could Hunt + Whoever designate me as their reserve team owner or will you determine who goes where ?
Bit of both. If CPL owners and CFD applicants can come to an agreement, then they're set. The ones that can't.. I'll do it for them.
The interest so far indicates every remaining NZ domestic player will be taken in the mini draft... Andy Ellis to get a run.
