With that name he was going to struggle to choose any other team tbf. Personally neutral to all Super 15 teams bar the Saders and Blues, if any of them play well I'll enjoy watching them.
I see that James O'Connor needs another club. Sounds like he's not very popular with his teammates. Wanker.
It's tough to compare Dean Jones and Garth McKenzie. Different roles, different type of players, different era etc.. It's even more difficult to compare them as coaches..

Keep on improving. Pocock and his sneaky tactics will be a benefit when he returns. We also have to stick to an attacking style play with the likes of Genia, Cooper, Ashley-Cooper and Folau. Try and out score the opponent rather than defend a scoreline. You saw glimpses of some great passing and finding space for the backs in the most recent game.
This sort of thing. We need to spread the ball and put super amount of pressure on at the breakdown. Those are the two things we are good at. Cooper is actually becoming decent but I'm sure he has a bad game around the corner. I still think we are the third best team in the world but we don't have the talent to compete with New Zealand and South Africa.
Maybe the 3rc best in the Southern Hemisphere... Just. I'd rate France, England and Wales over us at this stage. Maybe Ireland at home too.
They need to decide what the pecking order is and the positions likely to use Berrick and Kurtley. I wouldn't mind seeing something like. 9.Genia 10.Cooper 11.Folau 12.Barnes 13.Ashley Cooper 14.Ioane 15.Beale That's my backline anyway. Leolifano would get a bench spot and some game time fwiw.
Barnes should be 10 or leftrightout tbh. And judging the style we are going to need to play in order to win anything with the side we have, I think he will miss out. I like the idea of Ashley-Cooper at centre, I'd look at playing McCabe in the other spot though.
