    I've not seen any of his recent stuff in terms of movies... but having watched the first 5 episodes of True detective lately, where his performance is incredible, I'm intrigued to see some of his movies. Going to start with Dallas Buyers Club I think. Anyone seen it?

    yeah. I really, really enjoyed it. some reviewers think it drags a bit, but Margaret and David both gave it over 4 so it has to be a good flick for that to happen. the performances from the two main actors is absolutely brilliant, they both thoroughly deserved their awards.

    would have been much, much better with someone other than Sandra fucking bullock (and george clooney for that matter). blanchett gave her a bit of a ribbing in her acceptance speech too.

    I really hate leto's music and it seems that 30 seconds to mars pretty much killed 10 years of his acting career, but his work pre-band and recently is astonishing.

    Went and saw The Monuments Men last night. A bit dull tbh 4/10.
