Well, I didn't actually watch any movies.
Watched The Dark Knight on Friday. Twas very good. Bit too long though.
If you think TDK is long, you should watch Lawrence of Arabia.
I watched The Bank Job on Wednesday, i thought it was pretty good, but was a bit slow.
Oh yeah, I was gonna post this somewhere. Hopefully this will save a few souls.
Do not, under any circumstances, watch Johnny Depp's "Sweeney Todd". Worst movie ever made.
Haha, started to watch that, switched it off. Thank god i didn't watch it.
I liked it. :o
Role Models. Was good, I guess.
Watched Seven Pounds this morning. Was abit sad, but sweet movie.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
I watched Knowing at the movies last week. It's a science fiction/drama/thriller with Nicolas Cage. Pretty well made and I enjoyed the storyline and acting for the most part. The end is ****ing weird though... so keep an open mind throughout when watching it.
Also, I watched the original SAW film for the 10th time last week. As per usual, it's excellent.
Looking forward to watching a locally-made film this week; The Combination. Anybody seen it?
Knowing seems like it's set out exactly like National Treasure (also with Nick Cage), only with slightly different story.
I'm watching the one dayer atm.
Not really. National Treasure is a lot more family-orientated. It's not as well made, but it's almost a kids movie really.
Knowing, on the other hand, is a very creepy movie. Because you have no ****ing idea what the **** is going on half the time, you won't expect anything. Plot-wise, it's hardly similar... National Treasure is about just that... treasure. This film has a Final Destination-esque feel to it... a lot of gritty doomsday elements. I'll admit the movie waivers a bit... it doesn't know which avenue to take really and the ending is a bit "WTF" but generally I enjoyed and it's A LOT better than National Treasure.
watched saw 5 the other day
is close to saw 2 as the worst in the series
the first trap right to start things off and maybe second last were the only good ones imo
I watched Rock n Rolla, decent Guy Richie film.
And saw Leon (The Professional) gun movie.
I enjoyed it
I seen it at the cinema with a friend ironically named Johanna.
Watched Rambo IV yesterday
IMO Rambo III was better than Rambo IV. What do you guys think?
