fail imo, Smith is far more important to the Storm then any other player and Inglis is a better fullback then Slater.

 

Inglis and Smith are your two best players.

If I were the storm I'd just throw a fair bit at Inglis, Smith, Tolman, Lima and Blair and just build around them.

well yeah, i would also throw money at Lima, Baire, Tolman and pretty much any other prob off contract.

 

at first perhaps, but it will blow up eventually.

 

im not convinced they will fold but my point is even if the players stick together and take pay cuts it will only last until they are off contract again, players who are worth $300k aren't going to keep accepting $150k just to stay loyal

 

and how many of them were getting paid under the table? Didn't the Storm just sign a 15 year old on big money?
