    Wales were robbed, but even still, they had their chances. Kicking coulda won them the game.

    The captain might not be popular guy at home after that. It was a shitty call from the ref imo. But he was in the wrong for sure. Too young to be captain IMO and should lose captaincy.

    Honestly don't think the Welsh fans will put too much blame on Sam. It'll all be put on the ref. Considering they only lost by 1 point they did bloody well. Honestly don't know how France held on in the end.

    What the fuck happened. Been at a wedding all arvo. What's this shit about the Welsh skipper being sent off? Deserved or what? Someone who knows what they're talking about to give me the inside scoop. French looked clueless in the 15 minutes I saw (the last 15 minutes). Unbelievable given they had the man advantage. French in the final. Fucking bullshit given how they played. Gah. lks-u9a

    Warburton was sent off (straight red) for a "spear tackle" on Clerc about 20 minutes into the game. Was never in a million years a straight red. I personally don't think there could have been alot of complaints if it had been yellow... He does put him down on the top bit of his back, but it's not even a definite yellow card imo.

    Wales on top for the whole game apart from 5 minutes after the red, and the first 5 of the second half. Hook missed 2 kicks infront of the posts, Jones missed a conversion (fairly easy) hitting the post, and both him and Hook fucked up a few drop goals. He then bottled one with 5 mins to go but I guess you saw that.

    Nah it is definitely a yellow card. It is a card offense no matter what IMO. Red was way too harsh though. You cannot lift a player off the ground like that, simple. However it was no where near malicious enough to be worthy of a mother fucking red. So glad this isn't NZ tbh.

    Shit. There's been worse tackles than that in this world cup which haven't been carded, let alone redded. Poor tackle in this day and age, but bullshit he got sent off. Clearly cost them the game given the scoreline. Gah, ruins the game, really.

    By the laws of the game, you're not allowed to lift a player so his legs are above his shoulders.

    Refs/players/managers/everyone have been told this was one of the key areas they were having no tolerance with.
