Haha. No. I worked at the TAB for 6 years and know all the bookmakers very well. Volty started at the TAB after I did. Anyway, some awful tactical kicking in this game. Both team intent on gifting the ball to the opposition.
Sharks lead 27-10 after scoring right after halftime. Reds have been almost as bad as the Bulls were. It's looking like it's going to be Chiefs vs Crusaders and Stormers vs Sharks next week. I would have to go for the Crusaders to take it out even if they have to go to South Africa because the Stormers have lots of injuries.
Bulls didn't turn up to play at all. I don't know if it was the travel factor or what. Just aimless kicking (although tbf the Saders had a few too) Morne was absolutely terrible, not in his usual form. The Bull's backs had pretty little in terms of good ball but it was just atrocious. Not what you want to see from a play off team at all. Don't even get me started on their forwards. The Crusaders defence really just shut out any chance of the Bulls running and having a chance of winning the game really. In terms of the Reds vs Sharks game. I'm glad the Sharks pulled one over the Reds tbh. Started out quite scrappy but very exciting rugby. The Reds weren't helped by the fact they had a few injured players and they had players playing out of position towards the end but at the end of the day they have no excuse. They didn't really turn up and do what they have shown to do. I was left to feel a bit disappointed since we only had 2 games this weekend.
I am just watching the 2nd half of the Sharks Reds game now. Sharks play a great brand of rugby. I wouldn't be averse to them winning the whole thing.
