Well, it was going to be a hard decision either way. Spartans are the front runners this season so I didn't want to unbalance that.
That was because it was a really hard decision. Had four teams chasing me with every team apart from you guys offering fullback after discussion. And I did tell you guys I was most likely not going to re-sign before I was kicked out of the sub-forum.
I doubt this very much, tbh. It would have been different if we'd signed Luffers, but Alessi's kicking distance is going to be an albatross compared to some place kickers out there.
The old ratings are largely irrelevant. I'm not denying I'll make a difference, but this season will be a lot closer than the odds/ratings suggest. The Hurricanes will not go winless and the Spartans will not go undefeated. I'd bet $$$ on it.
