    Was actually thinking of something along these lines not that long ago. But assumed it was far too restrictive to even get a look in. Plus I cba thinking of the details around it)

    New players that sign up to the sim get put into some sort of rookie sim (like third grade if it was still around). They play the season in that, so teams can see how well they go and what they post like etc etc. In the off-season the BS teams have a draft where they can pick the people they think would be fit into their side (either by their posting style, game performance, whatever).

    i'd like to suggest that activity plays no bearing in how good a player is and we go back to just the good old fashioned post count. Would make things a lot more realistic.

    That happens now anyway. Some people sign up and never get into a side because they already have 22 players. Or teams just cba signing someone.

    At least some simmage is better than none.
