    On top of the fact that there were two different selectors.. (:p) Azzal is a scrummaging prop which means he's suited to start at tighthead. All our other props are mobile (loosehead) or balanced (ideally bench options, can start on either side of the scrum if required though and always will at club level if they're gun :p). I actually regard Azzal the worst of NSW's four props at this point, but I was giving everyone half a game anyway so I figured I'd start the specialist tighthead. For Australia, Eggman is a tighthead prop, so Azzal isn't needed.
