It seems like a ****ing weak thing tbh. It's as bad as the rleague shit. How I got banned from that thread about Burgess playing origin is beyond me, without any expectation whatsoever. Such a weak thing.
as long as it is used correctly to get rid of Trolls, both chris and Toolman were in this thread purely to troll so them being removed was the right thing to do, i mean it pissed toolman off so much he made a new thread to try and bait me, failed though. it hasn't been used on me yet so i dont have that much of an opinion on it.
Possibly. I'd like to seek clarification on how I was trolling in the aforementioned thread though. So weak to not even get a reasoning.
I didn't ban you from it tbh, have no idea why you were banned. And there's no way to actually give a ban reason for it.
I unbanned you from it. Not sure who banned you from it in the first place, but you obv didn't deserve it.
Just putting it out there- after succesfully backing Boyd to an Australian jumper, Beale is my new favourite player. The kid's class. Alec, I nominate Rivett for you to support in opposition to Beale, as his ability relative to Beale seems similar to Kemp vs Boyd.
I'm sure the real reason you want me to support Rivett, is so you would support the better player for the first time. I'll be putting my support behind Copley instead.
Broncos Confident With Players Returning Matt Marshall www.couriermail.com.au 12/04/2010 11:47:20 AM BRONCO Alex Glenn is confident the winds of change have begun to sweep through the embattled club ahead of the bottom-of-the-table clash against Cronulla on Sunday. Brisbane's young squad have been buoyed by their courage under fire in Friday night's 34-16 loss to the Dragons. And a further boost would arrive tomorrow with top-liners Israel Folau, Jharal Yow Yeh, Nick Kenny, Ben Te'o and Antonio Winterstein all set to be named to play the Sharks. ``The only way is up, it can only get better from here, we can only go forward,'' an upbeat Glenn said yesterday. ``The whole team deserve a pat on the back. Our defence was really aggressive, which is something that's been lacking for a few weeks. The whole team had confidence and trust in each other. ``There was just a little 15-minute period when we dropped off. With hard work we can fix it. ``The boys have been down on confidence but after last weekend I expect a lot more confidence at training, there will be a good vibe.'' Glenn stood tall in a plucky performance at WIN Stadium from a Broncos squad including six under-20s players. He completed his first 80-minute effort as a forward to finish with impressive numbers 12 runs, 147m, 29 tackles, six tackle breaks and one key line-break as Brisbane went down swinging. Coach Ivan Henjak said the loss to the Dragons had provided a handy learning experience for the Broncos, who have blooded five NRL debutants in as many games this season. ``They'll learn a lot and get a lot out of that, they took some steps forward,'' Henjak said. ``We've got a way to go but there was some real positives with those kids. ``There's a lot of people writing us off and putting the boot in right now. OK, we have to live with that, but you take some of the guys out of other teams like we've had to suffer over the past three or four weeks I don't know whether they wouldn't have the same result. ``There are some positive signs with how we kept battling away, but we just didn't have the killer punch in us. ``We had a couple of opportunities. We didn't do it. We've got to learn from that ... it's just going to take some time.''
Best. Comparison. Ever Just a pity the Broncos have named a ****ing shit team for this game, we lost this game when Henjack picked it.
You guys are really pumped for this game I must say, I used to bloody hate going up to Suncorp or ANZ Stadium (QE Stadium or whatever its called now) and watching us get smashed, except for that one time Micheal Sullivan absolutely carved you guys up.
I've got $20 on Cronulla at 3.00. I'm not expecting them to win but I think that they're a better chance than that.
Mmmm after sitting on the Hill at Brookvale oval and then leaving with 20mins to go has given me little to no hope of them this season. Though I will still probly go to a shitload more games just so that I can feel like I helped them survive.
