Why do the beers carry so many bowling inclined players? Have they got no batting cover?

  3. Julian BJ Taylor

    No bowling cover.

My 2 main seamers are out injured and the rest of my bowlers have been terrible. Hence I dropped an opening batsman and picked all of my all rounders in the hope that one or two of them will pick up wickets.

My batting was bad for one game but it isn't really an issue IMO especially with my 8-11 for this game being epic.

  4. Gazza GJ Weaver

Kallis, Bravo and Haddin are going have to play out of there skin if the Beers were to win.

  5. Julian BJ Taylor

Definitely more of a case of 2-3 of my bowling options needing to have a good game.

While the batting order may look a bit strange I think it is still strong.

  6. Julian BJ Taylor

That being said I wouldn't bet on my team at those odds.

  7. Verigoat S Verigotta

IM really looking forward to this game tbh

  8. Gazza GJ Weaver

    Hornets have juicy odds too.

  9. Cribbage RG Cribb

Both teams kinda raped by key injuries tbh.

  10. Julian BJ Taylor

Bracken and Kallis new ball partnership to confirm.

  11. Verigoat S Verigotta

Still doesn't make it a bad game, its probably evened it up a bit more overall, obviously thats not good for Julian though

  12. Julian BJ Taylor

Pretty much need my spinners to rape or I'm dead in the water.

  13. Cribbage RG Cribb

Wright playing as a bowling allrounder and RtD being part of the frontline attack to confirm as well. Reckon the draw is a chance tbh.

  14. Verigoat S Verigotta

Chapps and Flintoff are deffo two huge misses

  15. Julian BJ Taylor

Gul, Onions and Jones shapes as the difference though IMO.

  16. Verigoat S Verigotta

I know cribbs already pointed it out, but my bowling depth is probably the only thing thats going to keep me even reasonably competitive over the course of the whole thing

  17. Cribbage RG Cribb

Yeah it sucks for you that you lost both because they can both play that same role. RtD's covers the possibility of one of them being out but with both out you've got Wright in which is a step down.

  18. Verigoat S Verigotta

Wright being a step down is such an understatement

  19. Cribbage RG Cribb

    Should've kept Wahab :p

  20. Verigoat S Verigotta

I named the lineup before I traded, always had teh choice but fancies the extra runs

Suppose coming against Kallis though I probably should of took the ball
