I played 2nd grade at campbelltown ghosts. Fast bowler, didn't have much variation just was fairly quick. I was bowling mid 130s by 17. Quit after I did my AC joint playing league and I just had no passion to sweat it out on 40 degree days.
With all due respect if you played A-Grade at 16 you'd have been in state age group squads/academies etc.
I was playing North West Cricket Association A Grade. I got asked to do Wizards (rep teams), but I knocked them back.
Nah I'm playing first grade in a country cricket comp. low level of cricket but not travelling to play. Don't know if I'd call myself the best cricketer but I seriously doubt there's a better bowler on here.
Nah I'm not at the moment. Playing in the LO competition atm as I'm not fit enough to bowl 20+ overs in a day and field for 70 which I'd be required to do. Only play grade when they're stuck for a spinner as we've got about 10 fitter (not necessarily better mind) ones. Playing the same competition as Brad Young tbf. Probably a level or two below you guys in ability. If I could string a spell together without deteriorating after 4-5 overs I'd be playing B grade in Adelaide though, so once I shed a few KGs I'd be close to your level I'd say.
