What would be the Australian equivalent to Minor Counties Cricket? In terms of quality, rather than position in cricket structure, is that makes sense.
Proper A grade cricket, although Sydney is certainly a higher standard than minor counties. Not sure on what the other big ones are like.
I wish. I'd probably be in contention for the worst cricketers on the site. My dad played one minor counties game about 5 years ago, aged 47, and scored a hundred on debut. Was just curious as to what level that would be at in comparison.
But the quality in my comp is actually quite good. 2 Australian indoor reps play, and they can hit a fucking ball. It's fucked when they play in the same team. They scored 220 against us, but I got 3/30ish off my 4, so I was stoked. Got one of them out, after he hit about a 200m six off me.
