    Haha yeah, Gemmell knows him apparently and reckons he's pretty down to earth and recognises that he has shit hands. Should definitely never play centre again, IMO. He might be more comfortable in the back row where he'd have less pressure on him when he was catching the ball; he certainly has the size for it. He should have to earn a spot there from the NSW Cup but it should be what he's aiming for.

    Yeah Pomeroy's definitely better than Tautai IMO. Tautai has Pomeroy's errors without his footwork or offload.

    His offloads are also puss. Usually thrown to no one or opposition or even knocked on.

    There's no room for either of them though, our forward pack is locked in. Strong possibility Bukuya will be starting and Tupou off the bench.

    He was his usual self. Attracting multiple defenders every time he ran. I dont think he started though. He got hurt about 5 mins before halftime. He just sat on the bench and didn't get treatment so it probably isn't too serious.

    Canberra have been pretty bad from all reports. The main problems have been the halves combination of : Tongue/Picker/McCrone and the fringe defence minus Campese, Thompson and Ferguson who will be first choice.

    When the middle combination has been Williams and McCrone with Buttriss at hooker they've been really good though. If Orford is unavailable at all this season then Sam Williams has to be halfback.
