    I highly doubt yours will change.

    What will change is the rankings of people who haven't played a lot of games yet, and people are who effected by the changing rankings of these people.

    I think this last one is actually pretty accurate.

    I was finding before that it was taking players far too long to escape the "not played enough yet" group, but then when I changed something slightly I found it was way too easy to climb the rankings really quickly just by dominating ALC cricket, particularly with the ball.

    Middle ground now; happy enough with it.
