    Unrelated I've heard he may play for Samoa at the World Cup too. Would add a bit of class to their spine; they've got a good pack but the Roberts/Tuimavave/M.Wright/Isoefa spine is definitely a bit shit. They're also trying to get permission to play Joseph Paulo after he, for some reason, agreed to play for the USA in their World Cup qualifiers.

    I think his brother played for them so he decided to join him and play in the same team as well? Can't see any other reason.

    At the start of each World Cup cycle there are no rules for switching at all, and that's when Paulo switched from Samoa to USA. Players are permitted to swap once more before each World Cup as well but they have to get permission - which basically just means you can play for whoever the fuck you like in the World Cup and not have it affect who you play for before or after it.
