So as you will have gathered I am changing the sim. With it now being FM10, it means there can be more detail in terms of stats. People will also be able to play in more position, rather than just GK, DF, DM, MF, AM and FW. Basically though I need to know whether people want to do a new registration or I just create everyone based on the stats I have? If we did re-registration you would not really be able to change your position. If you were a defender previously you can become a RB, LB, CB etc, midfield RM, LM, MC, etc. However if you registered as a GK you couldnt become something elser. Contracts won't change so teams could end up being screwed if I allowed people to pick new positions completely.
Well there isn't really a way to keep the old rego's because they are irrelevant, except for positions really.
Well just transfer the information, keep the positions and have like an amount of points you can have for your player
Yeah start it up again, but I would really like it if you could somehow manage to keep a bit of the previous form or whatever, but thats up to you to be honest. I think do similar to what Rob did with RLsim make it so you can't change your position on the field ie, if you were in the midfield you stay, same with defence, so on so forth.

Preety much, I think he should do a Rob style thing and instead of getting everyone to fill out every aspect for them selves with a certain amount of points he should give some general "attributes" and then create players based on that.
Just let everyone re-register as what ever they want. You dont have to follow everything Cribb does FFS.
Yeah but if you give complete freedom you will also have to re-open contracts as well, otherwise you will completely screw over teams. Either that or take the benny route and just send everyone there registrations to copy paste.
Im not to worried. All and all if we do have to do do our registrations again our team owner can let everyone know what they should be. I think that would be the best option let the CoS choose which position we should be and then it shouldn't be to much of a problem.
