He is touring with Grinderman at the moment but he said after that he is making a new album with The Bad Seeds. Also, Fleet Foxes 2nd album and Arctic Monkey's 3rd
Yeah I personally think there folky sound is a bit limited, especially with Little Lion man being so massive, nearly impossible to follow that up, I think it'll be a bit of a weak album then they'll come out with something a bit experimental, folky pop jibberishnes. Not that I know, just a hunch.
Probably, i've heard some of their B-sides stuff. Pretty much what The Cave and there other stuff is.
Like they're not bad, but for folk, there is so much better folk out there. Pretty much my train of thought too Sultan.
The Decemberists' The King is Dead was released a couple of days back. First thoughts were that it doesn't have the epicness, humour, ambition and general quirkiness of the first five albums, but it does grow on you after a couple of listens. Has a lot of charm. Hoping Modest Mouse put something out in 2011.
