    1. Not going to go any deeper than what AVA has re: your comments on the distribution of alignments but gosh this is suss.

    2. The hypothetical day 3 of 4:3:1 is not a situation we want to be in. Assuming town gets killed both nights and the lynch is a townie, we're relying on a 3rd party to side with us. If they have an anti-town win condition, town loses at that point.

That's why I think we need to lynch today. We get two bites at the cherry, otherwise we're playing with luck and hoping the 3rd party is pro-town or maf hit the 3rd party. Unless there's a vigilante, bomb or some other special role, our only way to kill is lynching...

Reading OPs is for nerds. As I said, I made an assumption based off the only Mafia games morgie and I have both been involved in recently. I won one as the solo 3P and thought this might be a similar set up.

    2. Correct - but as I've said before, just because we can afford a mislynch doesn't mean we should. You learn very little from random lynches on the whole and the risk of another dead townie isn't worth it imo.

If there are multiple 3P then the chances of hitting non-town is greater (unless there are fewer Maf to compensate) but the damage of a mislynch would be even greater.

Definitely a possible slip from Marcuss but hard to know for sure. We could potentially put some pressure on him to force a claim if we want to try get something out of the day. In regards to any other potential RL I generally don't favour it for the reasons below.

At the risk of metagaming, how likely is more than 1 third party in a 12 man game? Not that high

Yeah I wouldn't read anything into Morgie using the plural for third parties.

Nor would I people trying to guess the side structure when considering the merits of no lynch vs random lynch.

I see some things never change.

    No reports means one thing:

    No Lynch

Let’s make it different then. Lynch Mr Prez

    MrPrez likes this.
  12. Howe JHF Howe

    No lynch

Though i agree that mislynching prez would be a nice return to old ways

  13. Cabinet96 OTN Wood

Yeah only six hours left, might as well move on.

    No lynch

    Current status:

No Lynch 4 (Baxter, Prez, Howe, Cabinet)
    Lynch Prez 1 (Heef)

You have six hours to make your minds up, though the net effect will most likely be the same.

    no lunch it is

We're clearly heading nowhere I guess so

    No Lynch

  17. Captain SSD Dong

    No Lynch

  18. morgieb MC Burridge

    Right, No Lynch has passed.

It is now Night 1. Send me your orders ASAP! You have 36 hours. Remember if you don't wish to use your night action, let me know.

Does it really make sense to have a longer night phase than day? Thought it was usually like 24 hours for night, 48 hours for day.

  20. morgieb MC Burridge

Day was basically 48 hours tbf.

I'm having night 36 for now as I'm less certain of activity.
