    The CRL seem to want to group you in with Group 6 and Group 16 for rep footy. That'd give you 25 or so players; enough to not be swallowed by St George. :p

    Yeah I'm not overly sure, The last stop for any real league heading south is Batemans bay, their the last of Group 7, it's AFL mad beyond there, I know Narooma have a union side that play our side but the league comp down that way is reportedly pathetic and I reckon the group will fold in the not too distant future.

    Played against most Wests and Group 6 sides. As well as trials with a ton of group 7's. And the country championship thingo. Everyone has a notion that Shellharbour are the best team ever. :facepalm:

    The year they left group 7 they were in all 3 gf's, we beat them in firsts and 18's and reggies and albion park belted them in reserves, was that good.


    Although I did lose my under 18's gf the year before to trent merrin

    Group 6 is Camden, Narellan, Picton etc. Falls under Wests.

    It actually doesn't; not in an official way anyway.

    It's effectively Wests territory and Wests oversea and scout the competition a lot more than the Dragons, but they're part of GSR for rep footy along with Illawarra, Group 7 and Group 16, which gives the group links to St George.

    Haha really? Half the teams are based around Campbelltown. :p

    Although the teams do go down to Moss Vale and Robertson, which is no way near Campbelltown, so I can see where Illawarra becomes involved.

    Yeah, effectively it's Wests territory; they even combined the comps last year. But it plays its rep footy with GSR (mainly because it has nowhere else to go) which gives it links to St George as well. If Group 6 players are making GSR teams, the Dragons are going to know plenty about them.

    Dragons pay no attention tbh. The rep teams down here are laughable, the group 7 side ends up basically being a 3rd string side that's mostly Albion Park because all the good players cbf'd playing it.
