How so? Recruited a pretty awesome team at the Hurricanes tbh. That is the only time I have done official HoR work. I do the occasional bit at Pacy as well.
Hurricanes wasnt so much you as a promise of getting all the best players in one team. Its like the Gamblers, they attract some good players because they already have good players and are seemed to be a team of elitist performers, not just forumers

Being HoR is really dependant on the team. For instance, trying to do recruitment for a team no one really wants to join is a bastard, but i imagine doing it for a reasonably successful club would be a bit more fun

I am the HoR for SR, have done some for Soccersim, did some at the end of last season for the Crusaders.
Yeah actually we do, still waiting on some to re-sign plus hopefully another signing. If you were doing your job, you'd know that.
HoR for a CricSim club is so much more difficult than HoR for any other sims. I think it's barely worth mentioning other sims in this thread.
