    The ones that happened to me this season I can understand to an extent, but they still piss me off. Other times I can't understand though and have been less pissed off.... The difference was the team was going to be really gun for once before this happened.

    HoR is such a myth position. Everyone in the team makes signing, and the HoR can steal the credit. I enjoyed it for about 2hours.

    Nah. I disagree. Everyone helps out but it's the HOR that signs off on signings and keeps track of them. Particularly just making sure that the signings all fit in is a concern.

    Hmm not really. Was of course satisfying when someone agreed to terms, but then you'd need to keep make sure they stuck by their word and ensure no one else steals them.

    Probably the most frustrating board position. Potentially the most rewarding though.
