    The agenda of the Ministry is intriguing tbh. I'd consider them allies in this situation particularly when Rufus was in charge, certainly not friends of Voldemort but the Ministry is full of shunts who fuck up Harrys life and someone like that female teacher will no doubt actually be anti-town.
