    Escath was taking a walk around the outside of the castle, unaware that someone was following him. However he heard a twig snap and turned around. All he saw was a hooded figure and a flash of green light. Then it was all over. The others saw the Dark Mark above his body and realized what had happened.

    Escath is dead. He was Rufus Scrimageour, Minister for Magic.

    With the old minister dead, a new man came to the fore. He now had complete control, to the delight of many.

    AVA has been silenced. He may not talk during the day/night phase.

    It is now Day 1. There are 29 alive, 15 for a lynch.
