Me and Gemmell are both recruiting anyway. Humble has just been added to that mix. Provides a different perspective/opinion. Gemmell was always more of an allround part of the board anyway. I see him as Vice-Pres regardless.
I was always keen for Humble to get a board role. Whether or not that helped to sway his decision was inconsequential.
