Are you just speculating he's a turncoat? Have no idea what roles are even in this game nevermind who has which. What have I missed?
Reasonable reasoning from Heef and I'm tempted to lynch Ridd on that basis. However it's probably not enough and he may well be a townie. I think enough people have voted so lets just keep it moving.
Votes so far Eddie - NL Logan - NL Ridd - NL Cevno - NL Himannv - NL Tkp - NL Heef - Lynch Ridd Greemsim - NL Alex - NL Rocks - NL Bedsey - NL TFLUA-Tiger - NL Speirz - NL Hurricane - NL Only Harps left to lynch. Not that it will make any difference
No, but in the desert island game, Tartmaster was a mafia recruiter and visited riddy. If there's a similar role in this, then I know who i'd be visiting first night if I was mafia recruiter.
Heef sort of makes sense here. It might be good to get ridd of this guy early if he is likely to be a turncoat. Changing my vote. Lynch Ridd.
There's every chance that if Ridd was turned he could unintentionally give away who the other mafia members are, Skippos jumped all over his suss posts in the MK mafia. If I was mafia there's no way I'd want to turn anyone I considered a bad player, because they could fuck up everything. Oh and yeah, someone will surely accuse me now because I've defended Ridd. That's part of the game though I suppose.
If he's a bad player then he might be a hindrance to the town as well. There's also the odd chance that he may be mafia.
Given that it's mainly meant to be a learning game, lynching based on whether people are noobs or not just strikes me as a bit off. Especially when nothing has actually happened yet.
A better way for us to deal with the issue of Ridd being a potential turncoat would be to have the watcher role monitor him and see who could be the recruiter.
Look, he stated he'd turn if given the chance again. Say there's 4 mafia at the moment. If he's turned, they can kill as well that night and letting them do that significantly increases the odds in their favour. Pluck the low hanging fruit; take out the weak like the cheetah on the African savannah does.
This isn't a particularly good reason to not lynch someone. Just because it's a learning game doesn't mean the town shouldn't lynch a potential threat.
