if theres 15 of us. probs like 4 mafia? and 1 free role/cop thing? just guesses though? what is the ratio of mafia to town?
I imagen there will be around 4/5 Mafia , 9/10 town and then maybe a fool or some other type of independent role.
Forgot we couldn't edit I just added 'so not lynching at this stage would be the best option.' to the first sentence.
Thanks Eddie, sorry about that fellas. No lynch for me as well. Bugger all to go on as it's been said.
Lynch Ridd It's a no brainer win/win situation for the town to lynch Ridd. Either he's mafia and we'll get rid of one or he's town. If he's town, he's liable to turncoat and swap sides at the drop of a hat after that desert island game. In fact, I believe he admitted that he'd turncoat if given the opportunity again. As such, I believe it to be 100% win for the town to lynch the riddinator now and get him out of the way.
So why would you lynch in a game of 15? If we say there are 10 town, 4 Maf and one free role, and we lynch a town (or worse, a cop) then the maf take out another town tonight, we could easily be left with either only 8 town, or 9 town and no cop. If there are 5 maf, being left with only 8 town gives maf a MASSIVE advantage. The risk far outweighs the reward IMO, and with nothing to go by, an NL makes perfect sense. The chance of getting a maf first up, by pure guess work is immensely slim.
No Lynch Seemed to be the mistake last game lynching over chips. See what the mafia do before acting. And see off any inactives maybe.
