Same. I'm overweight despite the fact that I really eat **** all. It's just a case of always eating shit on the occasions I do actually eat, and constantly drinking soft drink. That really should be pretty easy to fix, but it isn't.
Yeah i pretty much have the same food everyday now, which when you think about it is boring as **** but as i said you get used to it, Chicken breast and salad ftw. FMD that thing on the spit looks like a dog.
I'm the opposite... can't gain weight for shit... I tried to carbo load and ended up losing weight. No one could make a diet for me that saw me gain weight, it's almost impossible.
I am in the same boat, being qualified PT has helped with that and have slowly started to put on weight, so its all good in the hood.
Depends who makes it. Lebanese baklava are sweet as, the Turkish baklava are dry while the Greek baklava are different shape. The Bosnian ones are usually packed with almonds ffs. lol

I have the worst diet ever. I eat takeaway more than I eat food I cook myself, I drink way too much piss as well tbh. If I stop playing/training constantly I would gain so much weight, I always used to put on at least 10kg in the offseasons, this season I'm gunna try and put on as close to that as possible but of muscle

I'm with you on that. I'm currently on a protein shake every day, weights four times a week and massive pig outs at breakfast, lunch and dinner to try and put on 5 kilos in 3 months
