well i can't work in stones but yeah 13 weeks ago i was 140.9kgs and today i am 115.8kgs. my goal is to get to about 98kgs because for my height, 187cms, that should be about right.
Well my biggest problem was the amount of shit i ate and drank so i stopped eating take away and stopped drinking alcohol (although itbt i do still drink every now and again but just low carb beer and mix spirits with coke zero) and soft drinks, gave up milk (except for coffee) and bread, i stopped eating carbs after 3pm and i just started running and doing weights. the first fortnight was a bitch but eventually i got used to the diet and workload,
