    Stop being a pillock, everybody in this thread does realise that they are banned. The topic of conversation has clearly turned towards the validity of the bans and what the bans actually imply about the players' guilt.

    Simply reiterating the fact that the Cronulla players have been banned is the most banal, valueless contribution you can make to this discussion.

    Not the players- the substances they took are banned!


    Toolman is trying to tell me that the substances don't do that much for the players- my point is it doesn't matter- they are banned substances.

    I could've lived with the 12 mnth ban if it wasn't backdated.

    The fact that you could receive more weeks suspension from an accidental shoulder charge than the 3 weeks that these admitted drug cheats have got is as soft a stance as it gets from the NRL.

    All parties have basically just accepted they're not drug cheats hence the weak ban...

    ASADA have pretty much just said "look we really don't have much evidence at all but we can't come out of this 18 month investigation without handing down at least some suspensions so please miss the last 3 games of your largely irrelevant season & we'll stop annoying you".

    I was willing to give the players the benefit of the doubt at first.

    But the more I'm hearing and the fact they all took the early plea so readily, is starting to make me think at least some, if not all, Knew something dodgy was going on.

    As many have commented, once they start injecting stuff, you really gotta start asking questions.
