    Can I add it to next year budget, spend it on extra scout, other options...

    Can I hire extra scouts?

    I don't think as of season 1 people will need to get rid of heavy contracts

    Nah that'd be crap. Some teams will be willing to make trades to improve their draft pick stocks so cap room will still come into play.
