Wants out of Union and wants to come back to the NRL. Who would/should take him? The Tigers would be nuts to.
Broncos come to mind first. Surely the Warriors wouldn't with Townsend and Leuleuai on the books but who knows.
http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/n...another-nrl-club/story-fni3gpyw-1226681440469 lol. "I will honour my words about not playing for another (NRL) club. There is no other NRL club for me to play for. The Tigers are my home and will always be my home." It's taken.. what? Six months? for him to go back on that and tell his manager to find him another NRL club. Hope he plays Super League or it's a bit of a joke.
Broncos would be well placed. No 5/8th, and he went to school in SEQ. Only problem is Milford and probably Hunt are coming next year so they'll struggle to make it long term.
If I was running a club who was desperate for 3/4's I'd genuinely look at him as an option at centre. He's still a decent option at 5/8 too imo. As I said in the Broncos thread though, I think money will be an issue. Be surprised if any club is willing to offer anything over 250-300k. Will end up in the Super League.
Yeah that's the beauty of it. He was saying that thinking he will come back in 2-3 years time for one last hurrah. Now the Tigers have moved on if he wants back in he has no choice. He should just man up and find another Yawnion team.
No union team will want him. Maybe a Japanese club, certainly no top European club. His best bet is Super League if he can't get an NRL club.
I'd love for him to have Hoffman's pathetic level of responsibility, he wouldn't look like the n00b Lolman has.
