Doubt it. Norman wouldn't be on peanuts, and they've invested in him long term. He will go to a club with a barely NRL standard 5/8 or halfback. Dragons Sharks Storm Broncos Cowboys Rabbitohs Only options, IMO.
Imagine having Slater, Marshall, Cronk and Smith as your spine if this was a couple of years ago. Could've put pure amateurs everywhere else on the field and you'd still back them to win their fair share of games.
