I'd rather Jennings than either of the Morris faggots.

Or Israel (although that is not such a big issue).

Tate barely played two games last year, he's coming back from a pretty serious injury and hasn't shown anywhere near close to what he used to be capable of. His position should certainly be in doubt... but not to Josh Morris.

so they want the backline to be

    Slater
    Hayne
    Inglis
    Morris
    Morris

i guess Folau is useless... oh and Tate is also a nuffy. FMD

Likely count Thurston out, heard he might be out for a month.

Thats my team, not the one I think will get picked.

Hargreaves won't get picked... He hasn't even played yet.

Cronk would be the logical replacement. Good combo with Slater/Smith.

  13. Paddy P Orr

    Yeah agreed.

    My Test team would be...

    1.Billy Slater
    2.Israel Folau
    3.Brent Tate
    4.Willie Tonga
    5.Greg Inglis
    6.Darren Lockyer (c)
    7.Johnathan Thurston (If fit)
    8.Steve Price (if fit)
    9.Cameron Smith
    10.Petero Civoniceva
    11.Nathan Hindmarsh
    12.Ashley Harrison
    13.Nate Myles

    14.Luke Lewis
    15.Ben Hannant
    16.Matt Scott
    17.Willie Mason

Cronk would be next in line given Prince is also injured.

Don't give me this shit about Mason not performing. He is the best impact forward in the game. He's got loads of experience. He was unfairly scapegoated by the NSWRL and the public. One look at his career as a bench player shows he is the most destructive runner, who can actually tackle and offload, in the game. Morons like Bellamy and McCarthy use him as a prop in rep footy and then drop him when he doesn't perform, and wonder why.

I couldn't agree with Mason being there.

Agree on Matt Scott, he deserves to play rep footy after a season of good football last year and so far has been solid this year too in losing games.

    Why not?

Brett Morris is an awesome winger, IMO. If he'd actually played Origin I'd definitely have him in the team. I still don't rate Josh though; I just don't see it.

I have a funny feeling Brett will play which means we will have a great centre pairing in Folau and Inglis.

He hasn't impressed me with his form up at the Cowgirls. Last year I would have agreed with you 100%
I'm starting to like him as a winger. I just hope they don't try to turn him into a centre.
