I think this is better than post counts. Although posts reward activity. They also reward people trolling the section. This rewards tactical nouse and creates discussion rather than spam. More things like this will increase activity, and the more involved you get with them the more liekly you are to do well anyway. Top idea.
No, because they have to still think about their training and post it every round or whenever. Its not going to be perfect, but the more ideas like this the better it will work out.

with our sign up as it was out of 20, because my shooting in my rego was at 20 does this mean it cant improve? so no point training?
