Not sure how much worth this idea will have, but an Admin Application form, where if you are wanting an Admin role, you apply for it, and the panel of already admins decides on whether or not the applicant is suitable for the role.
I like the idea! Power to the People! Crab, however, prefers running a dictatorship and will continue to appoint who he sees fit.
Its not like someone who is unknown will be appointed, You get to know people and how suitable they would be by them being around here and posting. Cant really see the use plus its not very often that someone is appointed its only when Cribb thinks its needed.
Yeah, agreed. But back when i was on here practically 24/7 i would have liked to be an admin, but never had my chance, if there was an application form or something i definitely would have submitted one to see what my chances were.
It'd still be at Cribb/the admin's discretion to decide who successfully becomes an admin, so I see no harm in it. It shows them who is interested and who'd have the motivation to do that job.
I'm sure everyone would like to be admin, Its not like Cribb goes hmm i know these people want to be admin so i will pick one of these 4 its out of everyone and who would be best suited.
