    Great game CM vs Catabs

Having missed all ITM Cup rugby in the past week or so, it was disappointing to hear Wellington trip up on their last game, against HB of all teams. Anyone watch it? apparently the HB forwards (who are pretty decent tbh) absolutely shut the likes of Savea down.

Regardless we still finish 1st and play Counties on Friday in the semi but that loss does make me a little nervous. Good to hear 7700 odd turned up to the Welly vs Auckland game last week in Wellington too. 10,000+ for the semis would be good to see.

Canterbury vs Auckland semi is gonna be huge. Glad I'm relatively neutral for that one.

Fuck, Tasman are a bloody good (and entertaining) team at the moment.

Marty Banks with another exceptional performance. An extraordinary try in the corner near the final whistle.

So glad the Canes have picked him up. Manawatu miss out on a semi finals spot with their loss.

On another note Otago have secured a home semi after beating Auckland. Big weekend of rugby coming up for Otago. Auckland gone to crud.

My money's on a Welly vs Cunterbury final.

Rego where's the final if wellington win this friday?

Wellington. Will be played on the Saturday (26th)

Trying to talk people into going on Friday, may head in if the weather holds up but won't if it is raining.

I'm definitely going to the game on Friday tbh. Wouldn't miss it.

Not sure if I'll be going yet. Depends if I'm busy (ironically in town). If I'm not, I'll definitely be there.

Will definitely be there for the final however.

Got tickets to the Canterbury game, 2.05pm kickoff is bloody amazing.

Best time to have rugby when the suns hopefully shinning while having a few beers then heading home and cooking a BBQ for dinner with more beers.

The visitors stiff not to get a try awarded and 2 minutes later wellington score.

Solid game by wellington's back row. THey have been a class above all season.

Would like to see Save step it up at bto time however.

Huge game from Wellington. Absolutely huge. Stamping our dominance once again. Huge breaks, huge runs, huge defence, huge hits. Wellington just kept going at them, any other Welly team in the past would have made that game difficult for themselves, not this season, not this season.

    Home final!!!!!

Can't even pick a MOTM tbh. Huge game from pretty much the whole team. Savea with the busting runs, turnovers at the maul, solid defence, then came Shields who was relentless. Very solid forward and back performance.

MOTM? I think John Schwalger sp?
for his scrumming. I thik that destroyed counties more than anything else.

    Fast paced one this is.

    16-10 to Auckland.

Auckland's main problem was letting Canterbury play, probably more so than their mistakes. Which tbh I was expecting with Auckland being away and faulting a bit towards the end of the season.

    Wellington vs Cunterbury final!!!!

Canterbury to win. Tasman to win the semi up next. Good times

Well, the final will at least come down to the two best teams of the season, but still anyone but Canterbury will make my season. Even better if the ABC is Wellington.

    Wellington to choke again!

Canterbury to find some locals to play for them!

    Or maybe not, aye?
